If the total of Lots 275-279 is higher than that of lot 280, the winner of lot 280 will not receive the winning bid. Customers will be responsible for all removal of all large items in this auction. Mel Davis Auctions will only provide minimal help when needed. We will be mainly focused on ensuring customers get the correct items won and the locations of items. Customers will need to make their own arrangements for lifting equipment with a licensed mover (cranes, forklift, etc.).
